The Air Show waivers are not final yet. Tentative times are 10:00 AM till 5 :00 PM whereas MRB airspace will be closed for purposes of aerobatic's 9/3/2010 thru 9/5/2010.When the NOTAM is published it will also include a PPR time ( phone or CTAF call in 30 minutes prior to entering MRB air space). Tentatively the PPR could begin as early as 8:00 AM each day. These times are subject to change. The final NOTAM will be published at least 72 hours in advance of the event.
Civilian fly-in's will be directed by the tower to taxi to the civilian ramp where a shuttle bus will transport people to the guard base for the show and back to the civilian ramp after the show.
FAA has mandated that absolutely no one will be allowed on the civilian side of the field during the Air Show as this side of the Airport is in the show box (no exceptions). As the Air Show draws near we will provide the aforementioned information on the web site as well.
